About Somatic Shaking® Experience:
This practice uses two types of somatic shaking: Dynamic Shaking, where you intentionally move your body to release tension and anxiety, and Neurogenic Shaking, where the body begins to shake naturally, helping you go deeper and release what’s stored inside.
This is a NATURAL mechanism, animals do the same to discharge stress and excess energy, whether after being still for too long or after intense moments like escaping a predator. Your body already knows how to do this.
