An exploratory, somatic yoga class designed to refill your inner cup. Through slowing down and intentional activations we’ll explore our inner world and increase interoception. Instead of striving for perfect shapes this practice invites you to connect to your body in the now. Rooted in Hatha Yoga and infused with creative, playful movements, the class brings flexibility, spaciousness and strength. It is a sanctuary for recovering perfectionists, for healers and caregivers to refill their inner cup and for anyone who wants to explore and move their body with presence and curiosity. Each class we will invite our soul and focus on one chakra.
