This is a space to pause exhale, and connect to yourself - not as an idea of who you are, but as a living, breathing, sensing body. Through simple yet powerful somatic practice – alone, in pairs, and in the group – we explore boundaries, presence, and the quiet language of touch. Each session is a gentle invitation to feel, to relate, and to come closer - to yourself and to another.

In these sessions, we learn to notice the signals of the body and listen to them with care, explore where our boundaries are and how we feel contact with another, awaken sensitivity to hear our inner "yes" and "no", gently release the tensions and blocks that make it hard to live, move, and feel, attune to a kind of connection where we don't lose ourselves, but stay rooted within.

No previous experience is needed.

- Authentic Expression – Encourages movement from inner impulse and invites students to experience themselves as living, changing beings — not as a fixed idea of “who I am.”
- Release & Renewal – Releases stress and tension held from unexpressed emotions or past trauma, allowing unfinished feelings to be completed and the nervous system to return to its natural balance.
- Relational Awareness – Developing awareness of your needs and boundaries, while exploring trust, the ability to both give and receive support, and the skills of asking, saying no, and taking.

Who Should Avoid This Class:
Recent serious injuries or surgeries. Severe psychiatric conditions where grounding practices may feel destabilizing. If you are pregnant, please let me know in advance so we can adapt the practice safely.
