A strong & fluid Hatha Vinyasa class designed to awaken your body & mind. Moving beyond traditional Asanas, we weave in elements from movement, dance, martial arts and Qigong. Each class is sequenced around a specific Myofascial Meridian movement pattern. 

Using breath & movement, we will drop down out of the mind and connect to the inner flow of our energy to become deeply rooted in presence. This is a dynamic flow that will be both powerful and uplifting, with modifications for all levels.

Who to avoid:
Anyone recovering from acute injuries — especially in the wrists, shoulders, knees, or lower back
        People with heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or other serious medical concerns that make vigorous practice unsafe
        Those currently pregnant (unless experienced and cleared by a healthcare professional)
        Students sensitive to high-intensity or complex coordination patterns who might find the combination of strength and flow overwhelming
